We are here to provide information to the Native Hawaiian community and strengthen the Lāhui through the Helu Kanaka 2020 (2020 Census).
What?
The census counts every person living in the United States and the five U.S. territories.
Why?
Because U.S. citizens are required by law to complete the census, it is important to understand why the census matters. It determines the distribution of governmental funding for your community and the number of seats in the U.S. House of Representatives for your state.
How?
You can fill out the census online, by phone, or by mail!
